This beautiful villa for rent can sleep up to 20 people comfortably and if you do have a few extra people please e mail to ask as we can accommodate with cots or it is possible to supply a couple of extra single beds suitable for children. All the bedrooms have the best bedlinen and in the summer Egyptian cotton sheets are provided and in the winter months there are luxury duvets on all beds.There is air conditioning in two of the main bedrooms and then ceiling fans and stand up fans for all the others for the summer and in the winter there is heating. The bedrooms all have Christy dressing gowns giving you that wonderful home from home feel. There are hairdryers supplied also saving you packing space in your suitcase. Downstairs the one double bedroom has full disabled access that can be adapted in twin beds if required and there is a bathroom from here with full access again with a large open shower and a chair provided.All of the ground floor pool area and games area etc is accessible .All bathrooms are beautiful,fully equipped and have power showers with fantastic pressure.In the main bathroom there is a large corner bath as well as a big walk in shower room and of the gorgeous four poster bedroom is a walk in shower that is massive. Upstairs in the villa two bedrooms share the main bathroom which is 13ft by 13ft and all the rest of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.This is great for groups giving you your own privacy without having to share with anyone. There is a bathroom suitable for a wheelchair user and also this access stretches all round the whole downstairs of the villa including all the grounds outside. We supply beautiful towels that are the best quality and large bath sheets for comfort. The only thing you need to bring is towel for the pool area/beach.this villa is perfect for all ages as there are many facilities for everyone.There is a large heated pool,a blow up pool for infants,a beautiful jacuzzi and a large games area with a pool table,table tennis and darts. There are pool inflatables for everyone to use and mountain bikes if you fancy exploring. We can organise a karaoke evening for you upon request and there is also a poker table and many books to read. At the villa we also have kayaks that you are most welome to take to the beach on the lake for a fun day out. we are able to offer a beautician on site for a pamper day,pilates classes,aqua aerobics,salsa classes,a chef of your own for bbqs or gala buffets provided.We can also organise Spanish guitarists/singers by the pool or a coach hire to take you to the city for a special flamenco evening out. The beaches and the marina are 3 minutes away by car. Alternatively a pleasant 15 minutes walk will get you there with a slightly higher heart rate but absolutely no trace of guilt, in fact, all the main features of the resort are within walking distance. If you are happy to just pass a few days in the resort just around the apartment, terrace and gardens, huge pool, beaches and the marina you could quite easily manage without a car. Almerimar has an excellent 27-hole golf course designed by Gary Player in 1976. The Golf Hotel is friendly and the attractive restaurant provides excellent food for hungry golfers. Clubs, trolleys and buggies are available for hire. The Golf Club is clearly visible from the apartment terrace about 800 metres distant over two fairways the nearest of which is just a stiff par 3 distant and some 75 feet below. 2 minutes away in the car it could not be more convenient. 30 minutes by road to the east towards Almeria are two more excellent courses, La Serena at Roquetas and La Envia just 10 minutes north of Roquetas in the mountains not for the faint-hearted! An hour to the east is the new and highly rated Valle dEste golf course and another 15 minutes east brings you to the legendary Desert Springs course - Almerimar is a golfers paradise.
